just read in rolling stone that the RAVE act was passed... snuck into the bill of another act.

Promoters of events can actually be held responsible if people attending the event are in possession of controlled substances, even if they take measures to discourage it.

You should note that this affects not only electronic music venues, but most other entertainment venues. I think the law should be tested by going to the conservative Churches and smoking up. My woman's intuition says that the justice system won't pursue a case in that situation or in big business venues' situations.

Very true. That's a really bad act. I'm tired of everyone holding the wrong people responsible. They can't catch the doers or the dealers, so they make it look like they are doing something by catching everyone involved (whether they actually are or not). Man.
